March is national nutrition month and as such we are committed to proving to you that anyone can lead a healthy life-style, including the busy bees. Thanks to technology, those with smart phones can now have wellness trackers right at their fingertips. We have compiled a list of FREE (that’s right—free!) wellness applications for the iPhone and Android. These applications provide wellness tips, track weight loss goals and calories but also provide a variety of health and exercise tips all while connecting you to others who are striving for the same goals.
