Over the past few weeks we have focused on mental, physical and environmental wellness both on and off the course. This week we are focusing on a ground breaking fashion trend that is sure to make everyone happy. A couple weeks ago, Golf Digest Woman released their top picks for the greatest fashion gem of them all: the sweatshirt.
The sweatshirt is affordable, comfortable and fits every body type. Sweatshirts have always been a practical piece of sportswear, as it was created as an alternative to the often itchy wool jersey. This season, the fashion world has been capitalizing on the sweatshirt, much to our benefit. The idea is to give the sweatshirt new life by not pairing it with jeans or sweat pants. The alternative? Layering it over your favorite polo shirt and your favorite pair of khakis.
